On June 22, 2009, the Institute presented these comments in response to the May 26th Federal Register notice establishing a negotiated rulemaking to improve Title IV "program integrity." Our comments touch on the verification of student aid application information, financial aid communication, private loan certification, and improvements to Income-Based Repayment and Public Service Loan Forgiveness. |
