Institute Supports Higher Education Proposals in President Obama's Budget 

Today President Obama issued his federal budget proposal for fiscal year 2010. It takes a bold and welcome new approach to student aid that will help make higher education more affordable for millions of students and families. It also includes several reforms that build on the Institute's recommendations and proposals on student loans, college completion, tax credits, and FAFSA simplification.
